How do I place an order?

Simply add your favourite pieces to the cart and click “Order via WhatsApp.” This opens a chat with all your selected items pre-filled — our team will confirm availability, pricing, and delivery details directly with you.

We currently don’t process payments through the website. Once your order is confirmed on WhatsApp, we’ll share the available payment options (UPI, bank transfer, etc.) with you directly.

Most of our toe rings are adjustable/open-back, designed to fit a range of sizes comfortably. If you need help choosing, just message us on WhatsApp with your requirement — we’re happy to guide you.

Orders are typically delivered within 4-7 business days across India, once confirmed. Our team will share tracking details with you via WhatsApp after your order is shipped.

We offer exchanges only — returns or refunds are not available. If you are not fully satisfied, please reach out to us via WhatsApp within 7 days of delivery to initiate an exchange. Please note that customized pieces are not eligible for exchange unless they arrive damaged or defective.

With basic care (avoiding direct contact with perfume, water, and harsh chemicals), your SYLX pieces are designed to retain their shine for everyday wear. We recommend storing them in the pouch/box provided.
